Congratulations and welcome. If those are the original Goodyear tires with only 6000 miles on them, they are about 14-15 years old. Those tires would now be hazardous to your health and need to be replaced before you do any serious driving. Call any manufacturer and they will tell you the extreme maximum age for any tire is 10 years and it's best to replace them before 7 years if you plan to do any highway driving no matter how many miles they have on them or how much tread is left on them. Also make sure the oil pump belt has been replaced and other belts. You don't want them to break and grenade your engine.
 
Thanks for the welcome and tips. They are not the original goodyears (dated 2015), but I do plan on adding bridgestones. Thank you!
