Dan's a great guy...ItsOnlyMoney got him hooked on the car when he gave him a ride.

Too bad he chose the second to slowest color in Red...only slightly faster than the all white cars which we all know need all the carbon fibre they can get to go faster :rofl :willy

Warm Welcome

Thanks to everyone in giving me such a warm welcome. I got about 9 days before my car will get here. The days are dragging by slowly. I look forward in seeing everyone at some of the events. I have gotten a lot of support from current members and I appreciate all of their help and advise!

Welcome and boy oh boy would I like to have a 68 convert! Why did you sell it?
 
I sold the 68 Shelby convertible to make room for the Ford GT. I have a 66 427 Corvette convertible as well as a factory paxton supercharged 67 Shelby GT350. I wish I could have kept it but I needed the garage space. I look at it as trading up.

my neighbor just bought a white 68 Shelby GT500 Convertible and a matching 69 Shelby GT500 Coupe.... pretty nice set :biggrin
