New Billet Upper Seat inserts to match your Hot Buttons!!!!!!!!!!

Well guys here are a few pictures of the New Billet Upper Seat inserts that were just finished a few days ago:eek. These pieces are jaw dropping exact replicas of the plastic seat back pieces (with GT engraved in them) that your safety harness will go through and will match the hot buttons once the anodizing is completed (pictures don't do them justice). We have had several people talking about getting these done so that they could match the seats of the original prototype car that Ford displayed. These pictures are of the part polished but we will have the final product anodized to be an exact match of the Hot Buttons. In performing the machining process for the prototype it started out to be a 24 hour process to make a complete set but our machinist has had the program modified by the manufacturer as well as using different cutters and now we have the process down to 7 hours per set. We have had this in the works for several months and finally we are ready for production.:thumbsup This set will replace the OEM plastic fronts only as you will reuse the OEM plastic back pieces on each seat. We have sent the prototype to Shelby (Elite Autos) so that he could do the test fit as well as giving everyone some neutral feedback so please feel free to contact him if you feel you need more information. We are currently getting a price on anodizing as we would expect approximately $30 +/- additional per set. We will need to start a list of those interested so that we can finalize the cost per set so please let me know who is interested as well as any feedback on this product.

Guys, these pieces are a perfect quality piece. We took the test fit photos you see of them in an actual seat. They fit perfect.... could not be better and compliment the seat very well. They will take the 4 point harnesses just fine and are worlds nicer than the cheap plastic factory pieces. These really are of the highest quality. I am very impressed with pe2unia's machinest. They cut no corners!
Ready to see them in my new project car....

The reason I don't have Hot Buttons is the same reason Shadowman didn't have them. I have the Ford Racing seat covers on my car that JGB modified for use with my 6 point harness. I wouldn't be able to see them!! :willy I love the inserts though!! :thumbsup

Unfortunately we will have to do at least 20 sets of these to make this project affordable for all. Our machinist has weeks of set up invested in this project so we can't let this one stall. :frown I am shocked we haven't had better response.:ack Let's keep the list going guys:banana Spread the word!
