I don't usually waste my time with the reader comments at the end of an article but I found several disturbing and bothersome with this one. :bs No doubt this is particularly indicative of the times in which we live. It kind of put a damper on the happy mood I was in after viewing Ken's incredible collection.
I think I'll go back and run the video again and skip the gratuitous flames.
That is absolutely amazing, I have seen a few pix, but I have not seen a "full" tour.
As I know some of you have had the privilege to see this collection, does anyone know it there might be an opportunity to see this collection at some point in the future? Please PM, I would travel to see this amazing collection if given the opportunity.

If the Rally ever comes back to Detroit, a night at the collection with beverages and all will be a welcome event.

Haven't really done much with these threads in a while. Mainly because I wanted to wait for the over the top internet chatter to wane.
He picked up the first V8 Corvette ever made, called the "Duntov mule" EX87 at the Mecum auction last May.
There more than a few other "new" cars he's gotten in the last 6 months as well... a Bitter Sedan, another C12, a couple E types (coupe and vert), the F430 Scud 16M, A few new Lingenfelter cars [ as well as others in que ], a Callaway C4 Twin Turbo Speedster, his Shelby Super Snake GT500 (S197) finally came in too... that thing is FAST!

Eyes on Design benefits the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology. As a preview of the show, The Lingenfelter Collection is hosting an all day event for those who wish to see the collection, and attend the outdoor car show at the Edsel Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe Shores. (1100 Lake Shore Road
Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan 48236).
The tour of the Lingenfelter Collection will be Saturday June 18th, 2011 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Eye...s On Design will be held Sunday June 19th, 2011.
($15/Person - $20/Combo Ticket (also includes admission to EyesOn Design Car Show on Sunday, June 19, 2011)
