I gave up my allocation for the v10 r8 version for 2009.
They cannot give details. Cost in Canadian coin 195K is speculative but not guaranteed. The v10 is speculatively 530hp. The engine is specutively the V10 form the gallardo. Speculatively is to be faster then the gtr and zr1 at the Nurberg. 0-60 3.5-3.7.
What I do know. The gt has a 500 rear wheel hp on a dyno.
0-60 is 3.3 to 3.8.
It looks like nothing else and is limited. (The r8 almost the same look v10 or v8and the front of an a5 can easily be mistaken for the r8 especially at night.)
Although they have appreciated in the US they have depreciated in Canada to be equal to American prices. All new cars sold for <200K are depreciating other than the GT.
The Gt has lots of aftermarket parts and is relatively easily serviceable.
It's only kink in its armor has been remedied in regards to reliability.(axle bolt)
i CANNOT seem to let the GT go.
Mistake or foresight?
NOthing has eclipsed its overall appeal other than collectors items. I do not yet consider the gt a collectors item.
