I know Steven was out VERY busy with some exciting stuff yesterday and today, but when I last talked he had switched case suppliers because he wasn't satisfied with the original and it was adding a few extra weeks to the timeline. Shouldn't be too much longer!

Just to fill you in, I've been out of the country working on something very, very special, something that I'm unable to share with you at this time, but I'm sure when you hear about it, you will be as excited as I am.

Dave is right about the boxes. Due to repeated issues with poor quality, wasting 4 months and a ridiculous sum of money getting them developed, I decided to cut my losses and start again with a new company. We came up with some fantastic new ideas for materials and surface finishes, and I cannot wait to see the results. The cost for the presentation boxes has risen 7 fold, but for you guys who have already been kind enough to pay in advance, that's not a concern for you as I am absorbing those costs and lessons learned. Any new orders received after May 1st will unfortunately incur a price increase.

The earliest planned date for me to receive the new boxes is 4 weeks from now. Rest assured, when I receive them, I'll be shipping them out to you straight away.

Hope this helps explain the delays.

Hi all, the cases are still in manufacture at this time. I've asked that as soon as the first 60 are completed, that they are immediately sent on to me so that I can fulfil your orders straight away. It's been, and still is, incredibly frustrating having to rely on third parties. There have been so many prototypes made for what is not overly complex, but companies just seem unable to grasp quality issues, hence the delays.

I am hoping it will be only a few more weeks, before I can send them by air freight to you all. Transit time to you is only about 3 days using my shipper. I sincerely appreciate you bearing with me on this. The final product will I'm sure be worth the overly long wait.
