Magazine page scan...

I am looking for a high resolution scan of a single page from a car magazine that I can blow up into a small poster for the garage (or car shows).

I believe the attached picture is from the top of a Road and Track summary of specifications page...that I think would fit the bill.
Can anyone help with a scan of that page or something like it?
Thanks,
Tom

I'm technically challenged but will search around.

That's a great drawing and you have a great idea!

Trent (Not 4N) is THE MAN for high quality graphics.

That's another image I'm sure a bunch of us would go for.

Not sure if Trent could sell these, as it may be copyrighted....

I wouldn't want to put him in a compromising position.

I scanned and blew up a couple mag covers for the garage with a little bit of manipulation to look more painted. I think I printed them around 36" tall.

Notice they didn't throw into the test a slower and less attractive white GT.

Typically when Ford hands out a beater for the magazine interns to abuse, they give out the color they care least about. You should see the Red GT sitting outside the tower at the vehicle dynamics facility with the rusty engine bay. :ack :biggrin

I have this magazine but I am putting C&D yellow "Ferrari Beater" magazine cover in a picture frame on the wall of my garage.

That won't work unless you have a 2-3 MB Hi res jpeg

Been down this road many times

You will get grainy / pixelated result & may have to pay for bad result

Okay, THANKS!
I'll take the best I can get (emailed to me @ tbaranek@earthlink.net) then I will either not make it too big or I will "recreate" it with new graphics...I just kinda want to see what's out there.

If you have the printed mag cover take it to a high end printer. They can throw it out of focus while performing a "rescreen" then re-sharpen the image, it will turn out very nice. Most personal lower end flat-bed scanners don't have that option.

SteveA has it right. Just find a pristine magazine to scan.

That is what I'm looking for...just the summary/data page , not the cover.
Thanks

If you get the image email it to me. I am a pretty good Illustrator jockey.
