Looking for leather service wallet

Looking for an original leather service wallet for my GT, as mine has gone missing.
If anyone knows of one for sale, that would be great.

I think that's just the owner guide - I don't believe the leather wallet is serviced any more but I'd be very interested if anyone knows otherwise...
