Let's bring the GT Guys to Florida (2nd attempt)

got quotes and ready for location once it is set

I live near Orlando in longwood and will offer up my shop and garage for location. I have three four post lifts. It is not a commercial shop just home garage and shop. Ko

Oh no, you will never get the GT Guys away form Disneyworld.

I will be sending out emails over the next few days but it is looking like we have 6 stops so far!! I'm thinking we will leave MI on Monday Feb 23 and start the route from there.

Not in the correct order yet but here are the planned stops.

Nashville
Atlanta
Cape Coral
Jacksonville
Miami
Sarasota

If you have not received an estimate yet please send me another email and I will get you on the list.

Sorry for the delay. Just sent you a note.

As far as the rest of the trip I'm still working on the route and a few more owners to respond to my emails. This will be a big trip with many stops and schedules to work around.

Hey everybody! This event is coming together, but as Rich alluded to above, the logistics of making all the stops is a bit complex. I hope everyone can have some flex in the timing. Obviously, with a half dozen stops, they can't all be on a weekend.

If you have asked to join in, please confirm your participation with the GT Guys ASAP.

If you are a procrastinator, now is the time to decide. If you need parts, for example, it may take some time to procure them.

Personally, I am generating more work for them. My windshield cracked! Good timing for that!

I just sent an email to them for the Miami stop......Do we know where in Miami the cars will be serviced?

I can tell you from experience, just watching them and chatting is a great time!

Just a quick note to let those interested know that the GTGs will be performing their modifications at my home in Niceville FL on 25 Feb instead of in Jacksonville FL as previously stated. There will be no GTs modified in Jacksonville now. So far, the GTGs will be modifying Mike Mosing's 2 GTs and mine in Niceville; maybe a 4th located in Destin.

Tentative plans are they will be at my house in Fayetteville, south Atlanta, March 2 or 3rd. Expecting 3-4 cars.

Eight hour drive from my house near Tampa, too far for me. Hoping it would be down towards Gary's place in Mayaka. It's fun to watch those guys work. Got to meet them and watch them do their thing up in Stillwater, MN a couple years ago.

:lol I got this thing going and I don't even know when they will be here.

They WILL be at my home at some point. At a minimum, me, Howard, and Sinovac will be here to have work done.

Anyone in the area is welcome to come over. We'll just throw another shrimp on the Barbie. :beer2:

Looks like Rich and Dennis need an executive secretary to get a schedule out to everyone while they do the wrench work. LOL

They said they were going to be in Cape Coral FL after they leave my home on 25 Feb which means they should be in Cape Coral 26-27 Feb. Why don't you call them 734-658-9498 and get their schedule?

Six stops, lots of work, and stuff happens, so this is subject to change at any time:

Feb 24 Nashville, TN
Feb 25 Niceville, FL
Feb 26 Cape Coral, FL
Feb 27-28 Sarasota, FL
March 1-2 Coral Gables, FL
March 3-4 Atlanta, GA

Rich and Denis will be taking care of our GTs in the Sarasota area Friday and Saturday, Feb 27-28.

Anybody who would like to drop by and hang out is welcome at any time. We'll be doing brats and burgers Saturday early afternoon.

PM me for the address. :)

In Fayetteville Ga. 3/3 and 3/4 PM me for directions

Do we need to contact them directly if we want some work done?
