Hi this is mike fargo of Saleen just to inform you guys that the last GT was Built @ 11.30am mich time on 09/18/06. have fun with your cars

We are all thrilled with our cars and truly appreciate all the effort you guys put forth to make it happen. I was super impressed with Saleen during my visit at the rally and am glad I got to meet you all. Thanks again! :cheers

why dosen't saleen buy the tooling from ford and keep it going? Heavens knows they could use the money.

Probably something to do with Sarbannes-Oxley. At least I was told that's what keeps cool stuff like damaged clamshells etc finding their way onto the streets...

I recieved the last US car today and its twin.
 
Did both of them get Heritage? I can't remember but I thought that's what he told me...
 
Welp, wish I could have got one while they we're still making them...mabey in a few years I'll get lucky and find VIN # 40 again :ack

I'll try but I have never learned how to do that. I don't own a digital camera so I borrow the one from the store. Iam sure it's not hard though. Maybee Dave can come by for the fun and show me how it's done.

Ps Unfortunatley these cars only for a brief second experienced rain today for about 30 seconds which is probably more than most ever will. Michigan weather for you.
