I saw the times for qualifying at the Sebring 12h... 5 seconds off the Risi Competizioni F430... :ack anybody has first hand impressions?

Check Olibars post. R&R engine due to broken idler pulley when qualifying.....
 
I guess that is good news then! he says the evening session went very well...

I guess finishing will be a success, don't you think? Theya re bount to have some teething problems at the beginning... But as long as they are competitive in terms of speed...
 
Does anyone know the day/time the race starts, I assume it will be on SPEED. I want to set my Tivo.

Start of the Race is 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

2:00 p.m. is start of judging of entrants in the Bikini Contest :eek:wink

Finish of the race is 10:00 p.m.

With Robertson Racing/Kuttner-Doran FGT on the Podium!:usa:party

Giuseppe Risi who runs the F430 and owns the team (Risi Competizioni F430) is the Dealer of Ferrari & Maseratti of Houston and is a friend. His team is very serious and well known. This should be a very interesting race for the FGT. Hopefully the FGT willhave a great day. Good luck and fast speed. Tomy Hamon

Our little FGT is just running and running trying to stay out of the way of the bigger boys. Just to complete the race will be a big win for the GT. Tomy

11th - Now to keep that Lizard off our tail.

10th is in sight. They are running 4-5 second slower laps. 9 laps to catch them.
 
Can't watch at the hotel, but imsa live timing says 10th is retired. 10th place coming up this lap.

Yup- gt is running 10th, just pitted, David Murry is now driving.
