Even at may age I'd buy one were it not for all the RULES & REGS that the feds (& whomever else) will UNDOUBTEDLY be slapping on these things to limit their use. IOW, you can betcher boots you won't be able to fly this downtown and land in a parking lot to pay a bill.

'Probably be limited to takeoffs & landings in FIELDS that are located no closer than 300 miles from the nearest house.

if it is less than $25,000 i will buy one......

unfortunately i bet they want $100,000 for it due to all the R&D and liability, etc.

I've seen reports that claim the price will be around $86K. So, you're pretty much right on the money.

I can't see EP getting one, although it would take up less space in the garage than a car.

It looks like a nice toy for a short joy ride, but with only about 1/2 hour of operating time and a range of 30 miles combined with the probable restritions on filling her up at the local pump would make it unsuitable for a commute vehicle :)

Not to mention these have less cargo space than 6 FGT's combined (weight limits would hamper cargo anyway). 'Bout all one's gunna be able to carry is a spare "Depend"...:willy:willy:willy

(...Uuuuuuh, do these things have 1/2 shaft bolts????!)
