Do I need to point out the RED car wins AGAIN.

Actually the part of the car that has past the finish line first has been white and then blue... I believe the white car has been winning...

Congrats to all of the Ford Team... WoW!!! That was impressive!

You just did! And it's not by coincidence either!

Glad you finally showed up Frank. I was about to post the obvious. Loved the interview at the end of the race with Joey Hand and Auberlen. They had been BMW teammates and that showed on Joey's pass for second, and their mutual respect was obvious. A lot better than Hamilton and Rosberg who are supposed to be teammates. Nico threw Lewis under the bus when it was obvious that Nico was at fault and he paid for it. He was lucky both cars were able to complete the race.

Go Blue!!

Wins at Laguna Seca, Le Mans, Watkins Glen...pretty good race car we have here...

Best in class.

Ford's GT is showing her teeth now. got to love it!

One final hurdle.

Gentlemen,

Another very satisfying finish. Quite a bit of carnage during that race and the GT drivers did a fine job of staying out of trouble despite a few close calls. I was surprised that so many GTLM cars were still on the lead lap and within striking distance after 5+ hours. Reliability of the cars no longer appears to be an issue. Now if the biggest remaining new GT issue can be resolved then everyone can really celebrate. That would be getting one into my garage!! Cheers!!

Chip

Was there a BoP adjustment before the race?

well Done. Ford. Multimatic. Ganassi.

Happy 4th to all.

Look at the size difference between the GT and the M6. Crazy.

The M6 is basically a huge monster.

But I also love comparing the 05/06 FGT to a current generation lamborghini/mc laren/younameit. Small ...

Congratulations Ford team. It was so neat to see the #66 pass the Ferrari then the BMW for second place while the #67 was in the lead. While all the time relaxing In Carmel and planning for the Pebble Beach Concourse week. Who all is coming? Should be a great year with all the momentum Ford has going for themselves! Hope to see many GT guys here. Go Blue!

Love how it's 40" tall like it's 50 year old sibling!

You say that, but look at the respective 'heights' measured at the rear wing - identical. Saving the important difference, the GT rear wing is unimpeded by any bodywork, it's up there in the air where it wants to be. ;-))

Congrats FORD on another win. Thanks for the great photos Dave! I believe FORD will be dominating the GTLM class this year after the last 2 races.

What a drive by both team cars. Great race and what a last 60 min to finish 1-2. So awesome to be a Ford GT / Ford Performance / CGR fan right now. Although somehow I believe the fan base is growing exponentially. Go Blu!!

Not true. Wing height is typically measured from your own body work or roof line. Go look at post # 51 picture 1. The GT's wing height is well below the M6.

We'll agree to disagree.

The GT even makes the Ferrari look like a sedan.
