After almost 2 months of very limited Internet access, I finally got my Internet connection installed at my new house. No more sitting in the truck, in the parking lot of the local Library, trying to answer e-mails. It's only DSL, (what do you mean "NO CABLE SERVICE"?) but it sure beats the alternative.

SO, what did I miss? I had a great time at the Rally. Saw old friends again, and made many new ones. DBK and Co., FANTASTIC JOB!!!!! Did anyone actually SEE Sly Stallone at the hotel? Any stone chipped windshields? (other than mine) Any flat tires? (other than Terry's) Hope everyone made it home without any issues.

Hard to believe, but there is a GT in my little burg of Kingman, AZ. Had someone tell me they saw it, had someone else tell me they rode in it. Made a few inquiries, and met the owner. Great guy. (as most owners are) He doesn't own a computer, has no idea the Forum exists, has not heard of the half shaft issue. I brought him up to speed, told him what he is missing buy not being a member of the Forum. I think I may have to build him a computer now, as well as work on his cars.

It's Great to be back on the forum my friends. :cheers:cheers

about time!!!

Rich,

Welcome back! I hope your move went well and you're settled into your new place.

Thanks again for doing the most excellent work on my car this summer!

Rob

Hell Rich! I thought Piccola drove over to the bow tie crowd :) glad that your settled in, welcome back and great to see you in Newport!

Welcome back Rich. Don't be a stranger. :cheers

I guess we'll see that post count climb now,,, well come back to real time !!

Rich I sure wish you'd have moved to Bowling Green!

GT King of Kingman!

Howdy pardn'r,
Glad you don't have to lurk anymore. Better have the wifey put a notice in the local weekly that it's safe for the kids to be out again.

Twas truly great to get to know you better at the Rally.

And a GT in Kingman! How cool. You can be The GT Guy of northern Arizona. And you already 100% of the local ownership clientèle. Talk about market share.

Just think of poor Rich and Dennis traipsing all over the lower 48 for what is maybe 4% of their market. Airports scanners, hotels, utterly demanding customers.

I guess you're going to have to open up a branch off in Vegas. Just picture yourself doing an Whipple upgrade under the portico at the Mirage!

Hope to see you two soon,

Happy Retirement:cheers

Jeff

Welcome back, Rich. You were missed.

Glad you're back, Rich!

Glad to be back.

WOW, talk about a hot bed of car nuts, my little burg of Kingman, AZ (population- not many) has a GT, a PJ Mustang, a Stage 3 Roush Mustang, as well as many assorted hot rods and street things. In a few weeks, We are having street drags. They actually block off a section of old Rt. 66, and run a regular race with over 100 cars and trucks. And the best part is, the city police chief is racing the county sheriff in police cars for bragging rights.

Talk about a car town for a car nut like me! :thumbsup:thumbsup

Hey Rich, are you friends with Howard from Sterling, IL?
