Heritage w/ Side Stripes!

Yup, the vin you gave me has the same " stripe kit" parts. I look through the complete build list of parts for the car on eBay and can't find anything different as far as body stripes. Looks like it's a regular Heritage that some put stripes on.

There is absolutely no way that came from the factory like that. Don't even bother looking it up.

This was my opinion since I first saw this car. looks nice, but did not come from the factory that way.

I have to agree I like the stripes but I like the solid bottom one much better. That really finishes off the car.

Thank you ROCMAN – aajoseph - Automotive8r - YoungCEO for the compliments regarding the color on the rocker panels.

I agree, the machine needed something to break up the “blue slab” effect on the sides.

Another benefit is that they are vinyl so they do not disturb the originality of the car. Also, they double as a paint protector. While on the way to Rally II traveling through New Mexico last year, I was forced to run over a semi tire case that was shredded and lying in the road, no way to avoid it, luckily as the right front went over it and it flipped up on to the side of by beloved GT, the Orange vinyl took the hit and the paint was spared.

Now as for Dr. Frank, I would make some snide comments about driving vrs trailers, but I am attempting to reform my ways. So I will just say that long distance endurance driving in a FGT requires dirt to appear once in a while. It's a driver.

We still love you Dr. Frank, even if you are going to ride in a trailer to Rally III.

I Just Love This Thing !!

Spirit - thanks for trying to clean up your act. And, Hopefully, you will not be successful. I like the "Old" Spirit.

So Frank's riding in his trailer? Wonder if he has some one picked out to drive his red monster to Rally III?

Yes, the red GT will be hauled to Vegas while I fly to save time and save lives.

Hello All,
I bought this car a few weeks ago. My first GT and I love it. The car's pretty quick as well! Quick question...... anyone else get a little "squek" from the car about every 15 seconds? I was told by the dealer it's the A/C condenser.
Thanks!

WELCOME!
Please register on the Registry above as well as AWSUM GT's California Registry.

Welcome and Congratulations on your purchase. The squeak you hear is electronically emitted from the shops of Heffner and Accufab to GT's with stock exhaust. It goes away when you install either of their a cat-back exhaust systems :lol :biggrin :cheers

Another Heritage look.......

From any view the Heritage looks good........

Bony,

I thought I had already registered but I'll double check.

Midnite,

That's a beautiful car. Love the wheels!

The squeek could be from a pully upgrade. If it sounds like a chirp/ squeek then that is your issue. Not a problem it should break in. I would get it checked by the GT guys anyway. They may know more about that car.
