Gentlemen,
Charles L. Beck, IV (C4) has exams this week but I'm sure he'll get a big kick out of this thread when he logs on tonight. Charley has had a tough month. Right at the end of his football season he destroyed his right knee, tearing out his ACL and damaging his MCL. He had surgery 2 weeks ago and just got off crutches. He can walk now with his leg in a brace. He has 6 months of rehabilitation ahead which ends his baseball season before it even started. He has a great attitude about this whole mess. When his Dr. told him they might use an ACL tendon from a cadaver to repair his knee, Charley asked if he could pick the cadavar! He then added, "Because Michael Jackson just died and I've never been able to dance."
Charley is a fine young man who makes his father very proud.

Just got off the phone with your Dad. He said he's sorry your present will be late. It is at Heffner's shop getting an "upgrade" and will be at your doorstep with a big red bow around it next week. :biggrin :banana

Happy Birthday Charley, there is an actual gift heading your way from your dad's "buddy" on the forum. Just make sure he gives you the other one! His is for Christmas.
