Coincidence that Ken Block releases Gymkhana 7 with his 'new' 1965 AWD Mustang on the same day as the new GT350? I think not. LOL at the white Bronco. :lol

I thought it was pretty good! Cool car. I liked the donuts under the Vato Express. Risky maneuver and well-timed.

Have you seen some of the stills on this site? That's a pretty cool build.

Between the car and the driving, this is my favorite in the series. He just seems to be moving SO much faster in this video than the others. After Gymkhana 3, they got a bit tired, but this one just reset the bar.

Pretty good show. There is a rectangular stick next to the gearshift lever. What does that do? I'm guessing it controls differential braking (front to rear)? TIA

I was entertained. Soo how many sets of tires do you think it went through. 6,7,8 ....?

I liked it too. Brock is the best!
And yes the extra stick near the gear shift is for differential braking. Most likely front/rear but with an AWD configuration there must be some overriding clutch mechanism to interrupt torque to whichever wheel(s) he wants to break for a particular maneuver.
Just my guess.

It's just a hydraulic handbrake. Locks up the rear wheels to initiate/sustain a drift.

The drifting is cool but the high speed runs on the empty interstate are like a dream come true.
