Ford GTs, Ferraris, Vipers & More Road Tour

Wow! What a beautiful day for a road tour. Overnight pouring rain gave way to a beautiful clear blue sky with light clouds. We met at Len's house for coffee and donuts and mingled for a couple of hours with approximately 36 cars including six Ford GTs, eleven Vipers, ten Ferraris, one very real Cobra and a bunch of other club members with Ford cars. Len also had his other cars on display. We all lined up and headed out for a 58 mile tour through the back roads of Bucks County, PA. Len came up with a great route that had only 5 stop signs and a couple of traffic lights with some nice tight turns through up and down hill windy roads. We had a stop at Lake Nockamixon State Park for everyone to regroup and bathroom break but what a terrific view out over part of the lake. Off to our final destination, a restaurant for a very late lunch with 57 people staying to the end.

Dominic and I would love to have you come out and join us for this event if they do it again next year. There is trailer parking at our house if you tow out, garage parking if you drive and we will have your room ready. :driving: :thumbsup

A great event!

Fabulous weather; an amazing collection of cars; challenging roads; beautiful countryside; hearty lunch; and, best of all, the finest car enthusiasts going.

Another fabulous summer day today, with a 100 car show combined with an equestrian event, and 5 GTS' proudly showing the blue oval.
 
Gotta say that was a really awesome venue. Great place for a show and rally kick-off.

Len crafted a scenic and precision tour that worked out perfectly.

As always, thanks for your color commentary and wonderful pictures.

Yes many thanks to Len for hosting this fun and awesome event !! The tour layout was one of the most fun I have ever been on ! It also did not hurt that for most of it I got to follow Brett & Bobbi in their Tungsten GT so it was like watching myself do the tour ! Cant wait for next year. Thanks again Len !

Yea I did kind of feel bad for that guy in the old 308 GTS Ferrari behind me, not only did he have a pretty hard time keeping , I'm sure with his open top his ears were probably ringing after following me around all afternoon. LOL
