Ford GT Tuning Recommendations

Hello! I have a 2006 Ford GT with a 4.0L Whipple and straight pipe exhaust on. I bought it as is, and It seemingly was poorly maintained. The car is running immensely lean at the moment, and we believe it to be an issue with the fuel pump, software tune, or both.

I can buy and replace the fuel pump and filter, but I don't know how tuning this car works, what tool is needed, or which shops are recommended.

I need to mention I live in Europe, Romania, going into a local popular shop isn't an option. Any tuning changes would be essentially done remotely with a tuner helping us adjust things on our end with the car on Dyno.

Would the TRE 255 LPH Fuel pump be good to use? It's specifically says it works on the Ford GT and it's good for 450hp per pump with boosted vehicles.

Another possibility is Walbro F10000302 (Improved GT Supercar) Fuel Pump. It requires a wiring modification as it has delphi connectors. The original pump was a Walbro and as I understand the fuel tables line up with the new Walbro pump. Best to ask your tuner or another member who has already done the swap. I seem to recall someone here used an Aeromotive pump.
