In the process of a purchase of an 05. Will likely use Hagerty. Nice organization, responsive. No argument about the price to insure, it’s a valuable car. However they are a bit restrictive on the mileage they allow Is there another carrier which doesn’t restrict the mileage without a significant hit Is Hagerty a logical choice or is there another quality carrier to consider? Thanks

I don't trust Hagerty for exactly that reason - mileage restriction. Used them for my GT, called and asked - in advance - about driving the car up to AK and back. Was under their 7500 mile limit and they said no problem. Then cancelled me at the next renewal for driving the car too much.
