Obviously you never shop for toys. I've got several of these. Any Ford GT cars are getting hard to find. Small ones are almost non-existant on the shelves.

I think it's time to post up pics of the FORD GT Toy Collections. I think it's been a while since we last did that, and I am sure they have grown.

I've got all 4 colors of the lager RC version !! I had never seen the NASCAR paint Scheme.. :biggrin

Target often seems to have hotwheel or matchbox GT's, usually 1-5 at a time on the racks.

Nice pics and links. The GT is still a hot car of choice in this years batch of racing video games. :thumbsup

But they no longer allow the players to use red as a color option when they choose the GT though.

I can see it now................

@ Rally IV 2009

First Annual Ford GT Forum Grand Prix:club

5 Laps around the hotel lobby Race Course

electric GT models only. a different class for each scale.

Could be fun. Especially after a few Maker's Mark Manhattan's. :cheers

No Carbon Fiber Cars Allowed.

Jeff -

Be sure to throw some R/C Ferrari's in to the mix too for good measure...

It'll be a nice moving slalom for the GT's in the Grand Prix.

Cat in the Hat

Jack promised and bought Matt one for his 2003 NASCAR championship

Here's some photos of my collection of GT and GT40 diecasts. Just got the 1:12 GMP GT40. As you can see I had some minor service done on the car. Love the detail work including brake ducts and the engine bay. I keep the ropes around the car to keep gawkers away. :lol

It's probably best that all red cars have a seperate race group. That way they will not become a slowly moving chicane. It would be neat to have the whole Red Race with all the "drivers" using the same controller frequency.
It would be a built-in excuse, to save face, as to why they were so slow.
