Go to the Ford website. They did have them in the past. Best bet right now is to look on e-bay for either ford gt40 or ford gt (gets you all the mustang stuff, too).

Search using the "minus outside of brackets" to remove unwanted items. Like so:

In fact, adding "HAT" to that search string nets just 13 results, INCLUDING a Line drawing Ford GT hat as the first hit!!! And one I've never before seen as the 3rd hit!

Interest in hats
I have a very good hat supplier for our company and their art department is the best I have worked with. Would there be and interest on getting some hats with the GT body on the hat, maybe some of each color of car? Let me know and I can get a sample made.

Did they make any other color? Serial #1 was white then they saw their mistake and made #2 red. I have contacted him and will see what a proto type looks like.

I have sent in GT photos to the hat design and am looking at a side view in front, rear view on one side and front view on other side with "FORD GT" on back. When they get the proto type I will post photos of the hat for comments. There are all kind of options that could be added like your serial number, you name ect., just money. And it will be made in all the colors produced.

What a great idea....since my wife has like 4 sewing machine and one that cost as much as...well that is another story, I will see what she can produce as a prototype.
