Driving Ford GT Detroit to Atlanta

I plan to drive 2017 H0098 from Detroit to Atlanta leaving Thursday October 10, 5:00 am. Arrive at Hotel Avalon Alpharetta around 5-6 pm.
I will drive back on Sunday Oct 13...day after the Race.
Is anyone else planning a road trip with a similar route?
Or a longer /shorter route ?

Hey, it went so flawlessly last year why not breeze down to Atlanta again for round two. Perhaps Terry Cord can make the trip with you in his Supercharged H-D F-150 that also experienced smooth sailing to Atlanta last year! You can flat bed together!!!

Andy has functioning tail lights for this trip .

I will be driving too. Just have to decide if I will trailer it. I have an opportunity to pick up a bunch of GT4 Michelin's scrubs after the race and may bring my trailer to take them back with me.
