Unless we're dealing with UNDERAGE drinking here (and I'm not aware we are), and no one was injured or killed, and no public or private property was damaged in all this, and no one was arrested for drunk driving or whatever afterward, then what he did was undeniably stupid given his age and 'title', but not criminal. That's especially true if these 'kids'(?) were students at his college.
So, the question becomes: should he (or anyone else) lose their job as the result of doing something stupid ON THEIR OWN TIME?
Me thinks there'd be an AWFULLY LARGE number of 'peoplez' pounding the pavement if that were allowed to be the case... starting with Wash. D.C. and wurkin' on down the food chain.
