I was telling a friend of mine about the ability to change the entire color of a car via the "wrap" technique.

He is fired up to get the process done to his daily driver.

Anyone have vendor recommendations located here in southern California?

Thanks. :thumbsup

Skyrex had his old car wrapped by a company in SoCal. PM him for details.

Kevin,

I have the contact info for the guy that Shelby said may be the best in the country, he's from SoCal, have to look for his contact info, but I think I have it........

I think it's probably Premier in Southern California.

I went to get a quote from them for a custom clear film a few months ago. They were just starting to play with colored wraps. He told me straight up that certain areas are impossible to make seamless. He showed me a car they had done and sure enough, areas like the side mirrors were far from 'aesthetically pleasing.'
Their clear bra work is second to none, but I imagine they're still working on their wrapping technique.

Thanks fellas, much appreciated.

You can try these guys... I haven't personally used them. http://www.skinzwraps.com/index.php

This guy was located in Orange as I recall.....his name was Chris.

I was very happy with the people that did mine. They also did hollywoodstunts car if you have seen his. His wrap has been on for awhile. Great attention to detail and as you can see in the vid above it is a cool process.

Tom, I forwarded the video and website information you provided to Kendall along to my buddy.

He has already contacted them and figures to go with their work!

I got my formerly 'kermit' green Scirocco R done a few months ago. As a process it worked an absolute treat. Couldn't be happier with the results. Vinyl wrap really suits certain body shapes. Have seen an Audi S4 done in matte also and it just doesn't work.
