Anyone know a high up executive and contact # at their Head Quarters?

I have spent nearly $100K in the past 6 months with these guys and all I can say is that they are a horrible company to get any realistic customer service from.

I know the feeling. I will also ask your help gentlemen for a "higher up" at AT&T mobile/cellular. I was with Alltell for 9 years then switched to AT&Twhich formed into Cingular which formed back into AT&T. Promises made and never received. I have been in this fiasco for 5 years now.....constantly trying to get it made right.....with them trying to get me to "upgrade" my plan with a new contract with less service and more money.:thumbsdow:frown:bs

most of best buy's geek squad customer support (phone) is farmed out on a contract to a company by the name of Aegis (telemarketer basically) who are trained to walk you through very few steps. Re the rest of Best Buy, they have a president's hotline number that I called in the past regarding some monitors we bought and could not get satisfaction on. I will try to find that number.

nardo ... ATT. that is their current business model. you have to get on the phone with CS and keep asking for supervisors until you hit the highest level. that person has a number to corporate... and they transfer you won't give you the number. here in a few months when att-apple's deal for the iphone lapses I am headed back to t-mobile. absolutely the best to work with from personal experience. If your issue with att is wire based... you're hosed being where you live.

Well being in the specialty high end AV market, sadly I am not surprised. Sorry to hear of your troubles though

I taped their telephone stupidity and sent it to the Headquarters with copies of my reciepts - along with certain promises. We'll see what happens.

I dont purchase anything from best buy. Charging restocking based on untrue features of the purchased item(when the salesman says the computer has everything listed, only to find out later it does not have what you asked for). I have even heard stories about best buy charging restocking fees on defective items.

use amex when buying anything, they are very good in covering all expenses realated to returns, or malfunctions
