Gentlemen,

AZ stalwart Forum members Barry and Arlette are leading us on a two day trek all over northern Arizona. From Phoenix tor Prescott, up to the old mining town of Jerome, through Sedona, and into Flagstaff. We’ll spend the night here and head to the Grand Canyon in the morning. Wonderful! 5 GT’s and one Porsche.

Nothing but rain here in the Midwest.

Looks like a group of troublemakers in my opinion! 😇

Have fun and keep posting more pics.

Whoa, is that frost?

Man, that was fun!

Never pass up the chance to do a GT road trip in Az.

All you guys are funnier than hell, food was amazing (especially the world famous La Vetta Ristorante Italiano in Flagstaff) and breathtaking views from my first time visit to these parts.55087

This little mine in Jerome Az was state of the art in 1918. It's 1900 ft deep and hauled up thousands of tons of copper and silver ore along with 5.3 tons of gold. If you are brave enough you can stand on a glass floor over the 1900 ft mine shaft. Just one thing to remember, these government projects were built by the lowest bidder and this thing is out of warranty!

Great group on a fun trip!

Thanks Barry and Arlette for hosting us and allowing me the opportunity to spend 2days at the wheel of your 05. Amazing car with 100k miles and you would never know it. A testament to the durability of the GT. Awesome trip!
