Application Videos Thread

Both my GTs are at the shop otherwise I would have used them so I did the next best thing, I think anyways. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz2nkLakpkU

We all had a blast doing these. They are probably for no one's entertainment but our own but it was fun.

hope they don't get too bored watching all of them... hope they at least watch mine all the way through :)

I have enjoyed watching everybody's videos. Very entertaining. Hopefully, my application will still be considered even though I did NOT submit a video. It was optional, after all, and to be honest, I think some people actually hurt their chances with their video. Depending on who is viewing the videos, somebody might simply not come off as "likeable", and who knows how subjective the reviewers will be.

I did post a couple of links to some regional media sources here in the Dakotas that did feature my GT and some of my other cars. Hopefully that will be helpful. I'll post them here, since I don't have a video to share.

Good luck, everybody.

That works for me my friend!

No video. That was about the only field I left blank.

Agreed and very cool, Clint!

Pretty sure you'll do just fine without it, Andy.

I just hope that I can be honored to have the new GT. My 2006 crashed and have been anxious to visit Willow Springs again......

Were these the guys DBK mentioned in an earlier post that presumed that they were definitely getting a new GT (Classic Car Club of Manhattan) ?

These are the guys. Interesting discussion on the application process.

I surely wish that Tioga Pass into Yosemite National Park was open - but of course that would be a 50 minute video of the greatest scenery!! I instead had to go out for a drive in my GT (>87K miles), then spent the afternoon doing some improvements to my 1966 Mustang Fastback 2+2 [finally, an AM/FM radio with an AUX input (originally you could only get an AM, or an AM with 8-track)]. Everyone's videos look great, although, I think Mike Mosing's (playing with his model - reminded me of the Shell AD video) gave me the greatest thrill.

Thanks for sharing your videos with all of us, & I hope all of you win!!!!!!
