Anyone interested in protection ??

Count me in

I will take one as well.

I am "in" as well. Any idea the shelf life of unused products? I am all for having one on the shelf as a spare, but sometimes adhesive products (I assume they are rolled up as well) are better to be used when bought??

I'll take one.

Windshield 'armor'

At the risk of sounding like the village idiot here (as usual), uuuuuuh, 'zactly HOW are these things held in place???? 'Like the tear offs in NASCAR? Or mebbe super glue? ... rivets? ... nail gun? ... duct tape? What?
Can one rest assured they'll SAY IN PLACE at hiway speeds, or, uh hum, higher?
If they can be counted on to WORK (fend off anything smaller than a bowling ball) and also stay in place - count me in for one too! $80 is almost a "freebee" if they really do the job.
Not that it matters (to me at least), but, would they have to be removed for driving in the rain? That is, would wipers glide over them - or detach 'em from the windshield PDQ?
Sorry for the dumb questions, guys, but if'n ya don't know - ya don't know.

It's a highly durable Thermally formed self adhesive film that's applied similar to the clear bra products. They claim it's highly durable and scratch resistant. I posted their web info in the orignal post you can look around there to find out more details. I saw the product at SEMA. I been looking for a road worthy film of this nature so I was pleased to find this product.

Windshield Film

Two for me please.

I've emailed Proline a couple time 2C what's what with their GT windshield product & get a "failure demon"(?) all the time.
Anybody heard what's happening with it to this point?
