Angry club member!

Hey, I'm a member of your Ford GT forum and a Ford GT owner and supposedly a friend of GT Joeys. As I can see the club is not interested in us GT owners getting good deals. I found a source for the last of the Ford GT stuff at [email protected] and I posted it for the rest of the members and now it has vanished??????? So either the choosen few have bought it all up or they don't want the rest of us members to get any of it. What do you think about that club members?

The reason it got deleted is because ONLY forum Vendors are allowed to post/link anything of commercial value here.

This forums requires cash to operate; its not a charity.

If you/or this link wants to become a paying Vendor, then its allowed.


Otherwise, we would have 1000s posts for viagra and GTs for sale in cuba

Nobody has anything against you my friend. The Forum only allows paying sponsors websites to be advertised on the Forum. The paying sponsors pay for the privledge to advertise their products on here. I personally dont have an issue with the site you posted or products they sale as they do not conflict with what I sale (entire cars), but if I was one of the sponsors that sold items such as this, I would not be happy about a vendor getting free advertisment when I pay to advertise on the site. Just trying to explain to you why it may have been taken down, but honestly I have no idea as I dont control any of that, the MODs and DBK do. :thumbsup

I let this thread go for a short while so that you could see for yourself what our club members think about that. The forum rules regarding selling by non supporting members such as yourself or advertising products from businesses that are not supporting vendors have been published for a long time and you have chosen to ignore them. You have violated more than one Forum policy here and now claim to be an "Angry Club Member" when forum policy is enforced. I don't want you to be an angry club member for long so perhaps you can cool down while you're serving a temporary vacation. Any further violations of Forum policy on your part will result in a permanent suspension. Have a nice day.

People have always misunderstood the forum perspective on selling stuff. The low tolerance towards people selling stuff has nothing to do with getting some measly amount of money. It's annoyance at people who contribute nothing to the site and then want to sell stuff. And when I say contribute, I mean POST USEFUL INFORMATION, not send the site $25. This is not eBay, and while we're at it, let me recommend www.ebay.com as a great way to sell items. This is a car community, not craigslist.

I have original Ford GT racing caps. They are well made and black in color with the Ford GT fully embroidered across the cap as shown in picture. It has a high quality adjustment strap. So in four years you've made 5 total posts, 4 of those in regards to selling merchandise, three of which you were personally selling. Excuse me if it seemed like this was probably a veiled attempt at hording and then selling a bunch of stuff yourself with a new email address. I find tremendous irony in you stating someone is hording shit themselves when you were selling FGT hats you had clearly horded based on the fact they were no longer produced.
