Well some of you may know I put my car backwards into a tree last oct.. Well I spent the month of july with 5 guys putting it back together and sticking nearly 450 hours in it in 5 weeks. We had to make a few new molds to put the car back together as we learned somestuff from the first time doing some of the parts. We make the whole clambshell and also the air box is 100% carbon fiber and my own design. Then I decided to switch computers on the car from Bigstuff 3 to the New Holley Dominator computer, which has just about as many options as a motec for a fraction of the cost. So ive been working the bugs out of it preparing for the mile in three weeks if I can get in...I also converted the car to a cog set up for my blower and did single lug wheels on the car which I really wanted todo the first time.. Hopefully Wednesday I can dyno it again on my chassis dyno and it should make 1600+ to the tire. We have already made close to 1500rwhp with it and have made a blower change and a few other changes. Ive put a about 1200 miles on it in the last week or so trying to break everything possible that may go wrong so that I can drive it from Minnesota to Texas for the mile!

Btw the color is 2007 Shelby Gt500 Vistablue and the car used to have a Tungsten Grey heritage stripe the last time..

Tease. Let's see some engine pics.

The air box is a work of art......hopefully you made a second one to hang on the wall!

Really looks good in blue but don't hold back pictures of the Engine!

here is pic when i had it out and designed the cog set up for it.

I have a mold so i can make as many as i need now lol It took 300 hours to design the first one! and thanks its an amazing piece and flows a ton of air!

I really like the car. Really like the color choice. Love the engineering on the airbox and one-of-a-kind drive system. But best of all - that smile says it all!!

Great job!!! Be careful but be fast in the mile. (Finally, if you're gonna hit a tree with this car, best to do it with the end you did!)

Color looks fantastic! Engine looks amazing. Hope you make it to the mile so we can all see what it does. Looks like a labor of love.

Looks great. Lovely colour and gorgeous airbox. Beautifully done. And sounds like it's gonna be a beast!

Wow. Truly impressive. Nice work!

I wondered how you incorporated the procharger. Very nice. Great job with the plenum. I would love to see detail pictures of it.

That's the best fitting clamshell I have ever seen.

So u must be ready for some ttg now

That's the best fitting clamshell I have ever seen.

It takes me roughly 150 hours to make a clamb and get it ready for paint. There is 4 molds and a bonding fixture for it. Its a frustrating piece to make that's for sure but thanks its the coolest piece we make! I'll post a pic of the lines on the back section where the three rear pieces all come together. It looks 100x better than oe

bottom of clambshell..

Wow. That looks like a great piece. Wet or dry CF?

Awesome. Glad you got the car back to together!

its resin infused.. So all the materials are layed in the mold and then the resin is sucked threw the part. Its a pretty cool process and is getting bigger and bigger amoungst the industry.

There's some serious talent and engineering in this car. Where in MN are you located? If you'd rather not say please don't feel obligated.

Beautiful car.
