Having worked for Roush in the UK (which subsequently became Revolve/Mountune) for over 16 years I'm finally branching out on my own.
I've worked on the Ford GT program here in the UK ever since the first press car was shipped here in 2004. I managed the support for that car and then the engineering and conversion of the 101 Official European GTs supplied to selected Ford customers. We converted those cars in Germany and went on to look after customer cars (including Mr J Clarkson) from then onwards. Of late I have been working on a project to establish a separate company to do more with the GT including sales and storage etc. and today is my last day at Revolve/Mountune

The new company is called GT101 Limited and it will be based in Colchester in the north of Essex, opening early next year. So for anyone needing advice or information relating to the Ford GT in the UK do please get in touch.

The web address is www.gt101.co.uk and my email is [email protected]

I've posted elsewhere about the trip to Le Mans Classic that is planned for next year with the newly formed European Ford GT Owners Club. There are a very few places left so please let me know if you want to join us for the drive down, hotel and/or at the track.

Hello David,

having been a customer from switzerland and since i have my 101 new delivered on october 17th, 2005, my car has never been touched from other mechanics than those under your supervision, for the 7 or 8 regular maintenance stops at Brentwwod (where your office was) in the last 8 years, two months and two days.

I am sure, that your own company will be a success and i wish you personally all the best with your start and i hope that your other customers with "GT"s will join in in my salute: hip hip horay, hip hip horay, hip hip horay for David Jones new venture . . . . . .

Looks great!

David,

Congratulations! The site looks terrific. I was a very happy customer of yours when my car was purchased and serviced in the UK and I'm sure your new business will provide the same excellent service to other GT owners.

Cheers,

Rob
