Please don't sacrifice an original Heritage. Buy another car, do the converson and have it painted heritage.

This has been the usual F car BS for years. The market must be picking up, cause they were a little easier. Why not have Shelby get you what you want?

Tony, please don't hack up a Heritage to make a GTX1. Just my opinion, but those cars are an abomination. If you want a convertible, get a Chrysler 200. Don't destroy a perfectly good GT, and a Heritage at that.
OP, congrats on the Spyder! Think most of us would agree it will never be as timeless as the GT, but it'll sure be fun now!
