No. The pinstripe was added to the paint job for the '69 Heritage and it is black.

@68Rcodeman, The wheels are indeed forged. I thought they fit the look of the paint scheme. I have to admit that when I saw the Forgeline Christmas sale I had black wheels photoshopped on. You won’t be disappointed if you went the CF route!
