Is this a Canada car? Or a US car originally, then taken to Canada? My understanding that if a US car, originally, its easier to bring back into the US. This info might be good to know, if you have a potential US buyer.

Good luck with the sale.

That does not look like a Canadian front end for a 2005.

It was born and raised in the USA, and now is in Canada

Thanks for the tip of pointing that out (y)

It's a beaut (y)

imagine how cool you would be with two identical GTs

One to drive and one to have as a shrine in your living room.

You could build a lift to take it from your basement garage to the living room like Adam Carolla did with his Miura SV.

Another Forum GT that should have sold by now. Very close in miles to my 05 Blue/white that eventually sold for $275k through a dealer. Yet still, people are paying $300k + on Bring a Trailer.

I'd much rather buy from a knowledgeable owner off our Forum.

it’s red though not blue. It’s priced in line but you got to want a red car. Red Cars on bat all had sub 2500 miles and two sub 1000 miles

Any color GT that has been treated properly is a great car!
Is there such a thing as a bad color Gt?

Do the colors matter that much for resale? I thought the heritage edition color was the only color that determine resale value.

I guess my GT is still new enough to me that I'm still interested in prices, so ...

I think it's hard to tell, but this chart is the best single source I know of right now to try to determine it for yourself. At times I've thought stripe delete cars go for more, then other times striped cars go for big $, so who knows. On BaT it seems to come down to mileage and maybe (even more so) great pics with scenery.

As to hard to tell, for example, take Bat's 2 silver / striped GTs, with silver being the rarest color: Both 05's, 1st one 1,100 mi sold 9/1/20 $342,000, then 2nd one 1,600 mi sold 11/20/20 $305,000. I'd say the 1st one's pics were nicer, but that much nicer? Maybe just luck of the draw.

Anyway, both those price, $342k and $305k, seem to be in line with what the other colors have sold for (or bid to) on BaT.

Here's a chart sorted hi $ to lo:

Cool info, thanks

Final bump.... It will be off to an auction in a matter of months. Would prefer to sell privately, happy to deal with a USA buyer and help anyway we can with all aspects of the sale.
