Hey, straight to the point I want to know if I can import my 06 GT to the USA, VIN 1FAFP90S5Y401975, I’ve read that you can only bring pre September 06 production, this is one of the last cars built on 06 and probably post September prod; still don’t know if it’s possible to determine, even though it’s available for offers, red on white, inmaculate condition, PM for pics, great car in great condition. LMK your feedback!

The car is Canadian, I know the vin states 05 but all the papers are 06 and as seen by the last digits its 1975 of the 2000. I don’t want to assume, but seems it can’t enter the US, if anyone has the knowledge to answer my question I’d be truly grateful.

While the car may have been sold in 06, the VIN is still 05. My VIN is 1297 and was built in early May 2005. How do you know it is a Canadian market car?
