Would someone please point out where our hotel is; our designated parking area; trailer parking if different location from GT parking; best approach for pulling a trailer? :confused

Ignore where Google Maps says Mandalay Bay on the below. That's wrong. That's Delano Las Vegas.

Even though its 2 separate "Hotels", they share the same casino and parking. Think of the Delano as a separate tower of Mandalay Bay.

Rally 3 there was great!!

I believe there is room to unload a trailer along Frank Sinatra drive. There is an entrance to the parking garage on that street & there is very little traffic. Or I guess you could unload in the open parking lot DBK has marked on the map.

I would think there is not space to unload in front of the garage. There are construction fences around most of the area now. I would unload in the trailer area and take the car around the block. I do agree with using the Frank Sinatra parking garage entrance though.

Will we have a "safe" section on one of the levels of the parking garage to park the cars? Will it be monitored by physical security or do we just depend on the security cameras?

Thanks for this. Am I the only one who is clueless? I hope so. I figured this would be easy. Surely the hotel website would provide directions. Not.

I'm pretty sure there will be a designated (set off by cones) GT parking area in the garage. At least I hope so.

Check the Mandalay Bay Website - the Delano is actually part of Mandalay Bay.

I did.

The Delano. Mandalay Bay & Bellagio are part of the same group. The Bellagio where we stayed last weekend is a few long blocks away while the Delano & Mandalay Bay are on the same block. They aren't really the same hotel as they are separate buildings sharing a common casino. Separate front desks, lobbies, etc.

It is confusing. There will be a designated area in the parking garage for the GTs. The last Rally in Vegas saw security guards looking over us which was cool. The special parking probably won't happen until Tuesday so if you come early you are on your own or we can try & plan a place to park together.

The special group parking is for those staying at the Delano that paid via the group reservation block. If you are staying at another hotel or not in the GT Rally block of rooms you didn't pay for the special parking. We may still have to pay for daily parking but the security guards & roped off area was paid for through the room rate. If I am mistaken DBK can chime in.

Really? That's not what I was lead to believe. I guess I'll be leaving the car at the house and driving the truck to the hotel. It probably doesn't matter much except at the end of the day if i have to go home first. Please confirm

I'm sure there will be more than enough parking if you want to park in the reserved area. Will probably have to pay to do so. Even if you bring your truck, you'll have to pay to park that anyway, so may as well bring your GT.

I was there 4 days this week for barrett jackson. There are plenty of parking places for the truck:) it's got enough dings that they don't bother me any more

Everything was great at the 3rd rally (we are at same hotel), tons of safe parking up on an upper undercover level. Remember Vegas hosts hundreds of conventions, so space for logistics, IE unloading, temp parking of trailers etc, happens on a daily basis.

Oh make sure you get up to the foundation room, one of the best views of the strip as its at the end, and you can look up the whole strip.

I don't know of any hotels with casinos in Las Vegas that charge for parking, unless it is a reserved/valet area. They'd rather get you at the casino.
