I had the same problem and thought it was the engine cover. Did not know what is was until I went over 100mph and the front bonnet started to lift on it's own.

Gt Guys raised my seat. My seat is now within 1/16" from the headliner.

I could use my clamshell gap adjusted correctly, drivers seat raised as much as possible, oil service and trans breather installed.

I had same fuel smell for 15 minutes with a multi click fill up. Just filled up today with 1 click and absolutely no smell.

I contacted bbs. They would not provide paint codes on oem wheels. I called ford and they did not have any paint codes on file.

Does anyone have the Ford part # for the standard coil covers as well as the polished Ford Racing Covers?

Does anyone know the paint supplier and code and for the BBS wheels. It looks to be a much finer metalic than most silver wheels. BBS sent me to Ford and Ford has no record of the paint code.

Im looking for a part # for the grey oem cover. Are they still available?

Thanks for the quick response. I will look into the suggestions. I checked with the local Ford dealership and they will not make any height adjustments. Removing the wipers will help.

I prefer to sit a little higher, Im 5'6" and the seat has no height adjustment.

Is it possible to safely raise/shim the seat 1' higher?
