    Number of Applications?

Have 90 days passed just yet, since the application process ended?

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have our first special edition of the new Ford GT

Can't go wrong with any of the colors. The first time I saw the Heritage 2006 picture, I though the color scheme was ridiculous, until I saw it in person. The new GT is just so beautiful that regardless of the chosen color it will be eye popping.

Are You the Original Owner for 10 years - The Decade Club

Does your ex-wife's divorce attorney know about this? Any statue of limitation issues here? I like your way of thinking BTW...

"I didn't get picked to buy a NGT" sour grapes thread

A good point is raised. How does a "lowly" loyal Ford customer rate compared to the thousands of Ford dealers, Major company's with Ford fleet trucks, Rental companies, etc.? Oy vey. I'm getting a headache. I need a drink.

Ford GT Bare Carbon Wheel Debuts

As excited as I am about that wheel I'm not going to torture myself with configurations until I hear from FOMOCO. Too much like being a teenager looking at Dad's PBMs.

How do you respond to someone who says:

…..."I have no interest in a car you have to apply for"? I was talking to a fellow car aficionado who offered that unsolicited thought to me when I mentioned what a great car the new Ford GT appears to be. Is this really any different than say Ferrari's loyalty approach?

Ford GT: The Return - Chapter 3

I'm happy to know the expectations for a good finish was high among Ford's brain power. I was expecting a great showing as well. Really like that red white blue color scheme.

New GT makes it to Broadway

On another note, while you're on Broadway definitely see Hamilton. The tickets, marked up and all, are worth it,

    Sad to see

Its not just the short summers. The long summers do it to you too. Baseball year round here in Florida for the little one with aspirations for college baseball leaves little time to rack up frequent flyer miles on the GT, or other cars in the garage for that matter.

    All Now-or-Some Latter

This approach is very reasonable. I'm curious if a deposit will be required once the fortunate Ford customer is selected.

Original Owner Poll II: Yes or No ?

I'm not the original owner but close enough to it. I purchased my 2006 Heritage from a Ferrari dealer in 2008. It had 60 miles on it. I "just" went in to look at it and it and it was love at first sight. I paid, what I thought at the time, way too much money for it. The dealer's words...

    What are the chances?

How far back do we go for loyalty points? Do generations count? Lets see my dad owned a 1957 Ford Fairlane, a 1962 Ford Falcon, a 1968 Ford LTD, a 1973 Ford LTD, a 1983 Ford LTD, a 1995 Lincoln Town Car. I own a 1968 Ford Shelby Eleanor - the last Super Snake completed by Unique performance...

Heard an odd rumor...that the first run was already pre sold, under the table.

Kate Upton rides at my daughter's barn. She's a very down to earth and sweet girl. Not bad on the eyes either. The cars are not pre sold, according to 2 dealers I'm familiar with.
