Rally cheater: some unscrupulous members who participate in setting up the rally run with questions only beach bums could answer, or rig the results in someone else's favor. Luckily, GT Jack will probably not see this post since he won a couple of years. The Bill Dickie trophy has not been awarded for several rallies now since SteveA has been absent, and his accompliss FloridaIdaho Chris has not had enough interest to carry on alone. Blackguards.
