Anyone have trouble booking the hotel? If full already, anyone have recommendations for hotels nearby?
(have made a reservation at the Hampton Inn & Suites on 10101 N Scottsdale Rd which should be pretty close to just in case we cant get in at the Rally Hotel)

The hotel block has been completely taken. I am waiting for an addendum to add more rooms, so please just hang on for a couple days.

does the hotel have capacity to park trailers? Do we need to contact directly or do we need to confirm with you sizes and dates?

DBK: I also didn’t get the email with the invoice. I got the web page that confirmed registration, and you show me as registered. If it’s easier, i could do the PayPal instead. But I’ll need the email address or other info to send the payment.
Update: I went through the registration process again and the site accepted my registration, so I proceeded to PayPal and paid it that way. I then received an email from PayPal confirming payment to M-1 Promotions.

Booked - along with flights (hoping I don't have to wear a mask for 11 hours in a plane though...)
I'll be bringing a rental of some sort so if anyone wants stuff lugged to the track or wherever just let me know.

The original limit of 80 GT's has been exceeded. After a discussion this morning the limit has been expanded to 100 which leaves about 15 spots but that has to be it as dining and track facilities will not accommodate any more. So if you want to go you need to register quickly or you will be shut out.
Today I will put up a separate thread detailing this year's Rally to the Rally Party at my home on October 30. This will mark 15 years that I've been hosting such events before Rallies, Barrett Jackson Scottsdale, and other assorted GT events. If you're coming to the rally you're not going to want to miss it. Just talk to any member who is been to one, they're a lot of fun and even better, Chip pays for everything! So arrive in Scottsdale early on October 30 and get your ass over to my house. Be there or be square.
