56 Members and a great time!
Gentlemen,
56 people made the scene and it looked like everyone had a fine time. I certainly did. Steve & Leslie Ard drove my ‘06 GT and Peggy and I drove the new one. There were two new #9 Heritage GT’s there as well. Fred from Sparco was there with the first prototype of a fireproof jacket I’ve been urging them to make. I’ll seldom wear my driving suit but I’ll wear the jacket a lot. It’s an exact copy of the top of the Ford Team drivers firesuits and it will not be sold to the public. Only Ford GT Owners will be able to order one (‘05-‘06 and NFGT). I believe I’ll do this again next year!

A few more pics from a great event and thanks again to our host for setting this event up. Enjoyed talking to NGT technician and all our out of town guests. Next to our significant others, the new Sparco NGT Jacket was the most enjoyed item at the event.

It was a great time we all had last night. I’ll definitely be ordering a jacket as I was surprised at how light and comfortable it is. I was expecting it to be somewhat uncomfortable and heavier. After trying it on, I now understand why Chip is so pumped up about them! The Heritage cars look amazing in person - what a treat it was to see two of them there at the same time.
