Hey all!

I know this was up for discussion a few times - so here's a solution!

I was just able to source some custom floor mats designed for the GT.

I found a guy that makes some really nice floor mats.

If any of you are interested - I could arrange a group buy!

These mats replace the factory rubber mats, they fit exactly in the factory cutouts. They fill out the gap as they are thick enough - they fit like a glove.
He was able to find some trim that is Silver that matches the brushed aluminum sills.

They look totally stock and fit around the gas pedal too.
Nice rubberized bottom as well - dual layered.

If anyone is interested - please PM me and I can organize a group buy.
We paid $250 for each set - had two sets made.

Black Carpet - Black Border - Silver Embroidery
Black Carpet - Silver Border - Silver Embroidery

But they can also have them made in any of the factory color combinations, a nice touch!

Any more info, please PM or email balfas (at) yahoo.com

balfas,
You guys have the right to use the FORD GT logo? I think FoMoCo is a little protective of it. JMHO.

I was thinking the same thing. I paid $75 per seat to have the dodge logo in my seats (legally) so I'm sure a super car logo would be fairly expensive. IIRC it's normally a percentage of the total product price that Dodge wanted, so I'm sure ford is along the same lines.

That's better! They look great !!

Who cares? Once they are in my car Ford will have a hard time repoing them. Put me down!

I'm in, let's get them ordered!!!

I have a few requests already. PM me your requests as I would like to get a list together. This is only going to be a one time order for now! I have one person who wants Red Carpet with Silver Accents, and Another with Black Carpet with powder blue and Orange for a Heritage probably - I think they will look sharp!

Put Me down for a set Black Carpet - Black Border - Silver Embroidery!

Based on the photos posted above, I believe the wider footprint of the Lloyd Mats afford much better protection of the inner and outer sills.

Im in put me down for a set with Black carpet, silver border , silver Embroidery. Thanks Mike

The Problem with the Lloyd mats is the fact that if you leave the rubber factory mats in, you have an odd looking hump in the carpet where the raised sections are, and after time that hump will degrade the carpet and it will wrinkle. And if you remove the rubber mat, the carpet will cave in, in the area where the mat used to be, and looks a bit odd, i would assume the pedal access may be effected as well.

these mats replace the factory rubber mat - and fit like a glove, and fills in the gap of the floor perfectly.

Can these mats also be placed over the factory rubber mats and still look so good ?
