Another Flipper....Just doesn't seem fair.
 
My 2017 Ford GT is H045 and I took delivery on July 24th. This one is H048 and came out probably in the first part of August and has no miles on it. I hope a Charity is involved in this Auction Sale and it’s not being done by someone who shouldn’t have been chosen as a GT recipient by Ford! I’ve got a friend on his way to Mecum and he will find out for me! He’s going to call me tonight. He has 6 cars running Friday afternoon. He just landed and is at the airport and is a good friend of Frank Mecum.

Look, let me save you the trouble. The dude that owns this car had a mammoth collection of Mustangs, and is apparently clueless. I say this because his car got sent to me repeatedly as it was long being shopped around as being available, with the complete order and a picture of the car. Bold strategy Cotton, let's see if it pays off for him. No, this sale is not legitimate, it is not for charity, and I think it's unlikely it will end up crossing the auction block.

Barba - seriously, you need to shut up. You've endlessly offered your 05 GT with the same mileage for sale at way over market price for the better part of a decade and are now endlessly pissing and moaning how life is unfair because you don't get a new one. Why? So you could offer it for sale for $250k over market for the next decade? Ditch the ridiculous faux righteous indignation.
 
At least it makes for useless chatter and speculation. Either way a huge PIA for Ford trying to do the right thing in the first place.

Ok I am at the Indy auction and I talked to the Reliable truck driver that dropped the car off after hours. Couldn’t say much but the car is here. I may unload mine tomorrow and show them what a legal car looks and sounds like. Gary from Atlanta will be my helper. I will keep everyone updated as information becomes available.
