New Bird

Nice toy! Is this a leisure thing only or through your company for work?

Can it land on grass? If so, come to Goodwood one weekend! :biggrin

Never say never! Fifteen years ago I never would have thought I'd have a car like the GT. US of A...what a great country!

It's a leisure thing. It can land on grass if it is smooth and well compacted. Cessna makes a "gravel kit" for it so you can land on unimproved dirt/gravel strips as well tough I wonder who would actually do that. Goodwood is on my list, :thumbsup though I think I'll let Virgin or BA fly me over.

Chris I love your spirit! Well done!

Hey there Chris - have you ever had any seat time in the fantastic warbird P-51? Stallion 51 has two TF-51 trainers in Kissimmee

Makes me want to get a pilot's license

Just curoius

Chris, What does a little "toy" like that cost in terms of $$? Texas Chris (Prowler)

Wow Chris! I just noticed it has cup holders too. I would like to know what you have in the way of a biplane? I know you fly some of the older stuff too.

My perfect day is driving the GT to the airport and flying one of these older birds.

You are truly blessed my friend. Neat stuff. :thumbsup

Geeese Chris, what a great plane. Isn't that a Citation X?
I've meet a lot of people "faking" their success with nice cars, boats, homes. You know, throwing the Beamer keys on the bar. However congrats Chris! If you can keep that thing feuled you have done well for yourself!
Me,.... I'm stuck throwing the 210 keys on the bar top.:frown

Hey, a 210 is nothing to frown about. It's not WHAT you fly is THAT you fly! :thumbsup If it's got wings it's fun! I enjoy the little J-3 Cub just as much as the jet and it's a whole lot less painful to burn 3 gallons per hour instead of 120!

PS Citation X? I wish! it's just a lowly CJ2+.

Me,.... I'm still working on the bar top.

Chris, That is one beautiful plane. Enjoy!

I'm always impressed by a rider of fine german motorcycles. Particularly the parallel opposed twin engines... :thumbsup

Come on Awsum', we all know you are the perfect poster boy for a grown up. :cheers

Chris... I love the paint work on your new 3 wheeler. We are thinking of updating the paint on our ride. Great photographs of you in the air.

Is there a chance you have more photos of the plane on the ground that shows the paint design?
