I have made some custom lug nuts specific to tha GT. The flats of the hex have been milled out giving them a 'fluted' custom look and being light weight while still being driven with a standard hex wrench. The tops are laser engraved with a GT logo. I have posted a couple of pictures in the photo gallery. My company builds lug nuts and wheel locks for a living and I am trying to gage the interest level for custom nuts for high end vehicles. Any opinions are welcome. Thanks.

Derry,

You may get a better response if you load a couple of pics to this post directly, as a picture says a 1000 words, and its a bit of an effort (not much I Know) to flit between posts and gallery, just my thoughts.

I'll take a look, Thanks

Patrick

Yes Derry,

They doo look good, what sort of money would you be looking at for a complete set?

Thanks Patrick, I will try and get some smaller file size photos on this post also. The nuts are through hardened to Rc 36 and triple nicle chrome plated which are guaranteed for life. Estimated retail is about $6.25 per nut.

Does anyone know what type and size socket you need to install these lug nuts?

I dont remember the size right now, but I do know its a standard size. Not a special socket that you may need for some of the others.

I use a Standard 12 point socket, can't remember 19 or 21mm.

Derry not seeing the pictures. they have to be loaded using an HTML format on a website. (I believe) Also, can you make any out of stainless? thanks

Sorry I brought up such an old thread but I just purchase a set and didn't want to mar the finish when installing them.

God I love his nuts!
