It may be one of those cars that one has to see in person in order to determine if 'tis or not. As with any car, just its paint color often makes a big diff in 'looks'.

This sentence in the article linked above made me chuckle:

"Note champagne bottle holders above console, which alternatively can hold fire extinguishers." :lol

Looks like they stole some styling cues from the 2009 Corvette Concept

Looks like the ugly Karma... shocker.....

As for the Devon, I liked it. I was at BJ when it was sold. I was registered to bid, and on the floor, ready, if it had stayed in my budget. It exceeded what it was worth to me. If I recall hammer was something like $140k

Andy - the Black DevonGTX at Barrett sold for $200,000. It went to a very good home in Florida. Over the following year the new owner and I had many conversations and data discussions and he had the car fully upgraded to his liking. I have not seen the finished product. Some day when I go to Florida, I will stop by to see the car and the owner.... and of course Stormcat..... :):)

The Red DevonGTX is still in Michigan and is owned by Scott Devon.

The Black and Red GTX's were the only two (2) that we built..
