Actually some of the options aren't too far out of line (comparable to the GT), e.g., wheels, sound system and brakes. Homelink charge higher than what you'd pay on an American car but not 10x (maybe 2x, but when you're in only 3 digits it's not a big deal).

When comparing to FGT remember they get an allowance for both inflation and being a lambo...

And I do want the Multi Fun steering wheel. And delete all the carbon fibre stuff. I can get that done locally.

Commenting only from the pix, the lighting makes the bottom half of the front end disappeared, and as a result, looks odd. Plus, that yellow isn't pleasant to the eyes, a bit too bright. Conversely, the yellow from Lotus, either in the Exige or and Esprit V8TT was a much better yellow.
And yes, too Star Wars or Transformers like....
