Yes. At 11:59:59 the Rally will officially be over. Once the clock strikes 12:00am all those that are not participating in the post Rally event need to get the hell out.

We'll be out late on the 17th, which will assuredly spill over until the early hours of the 18th. I bill it as ending the Saturday so there is no confusion that you will need a room on the Friday evening or you will end up sleeping in your car after a long night, possibly with Camilo.
