INSANE race on the autobahn

As I've stated time & again, just ONE slight screw up...ONE miscalculation...ONE wrong lane change at the wrong time by ANYBODY - either by wunna the racers or anybody else on the road, and somebody is gunna be dead for an awfully long time...
The car pilot is enough of an idiot, but, those bike riders make him look like Calvin Cautious - especially the MORON with the passenger.

'Can't help but wonder what would have happened if, as they were doing their best impression of dolphins playing ahead of a ship's bow wake, one of those bike's INGNITIONS had suddenly cut out or failed completely? Or if they'd hit debris on the roadway? Or had a blowout? Or an axle bolt had decided to take the day off? The list of possible disasters at that speed is as long as your arm.
All involved should be jailed and their licenses permanently revoked.

Amazing that one one got KILLED!!!
IMO the average German driver is much better than those in the US, more road aware, pulling over for faster traffic (except for those double up motorcyclists!) and being consistent in their path of traval. On any US road with similar conditions the chances of pulling this off without someone being dead are about ZERO! In the US most never look in their mirrors, and even if those that did, won't look far enough back, a simply "unexpected" lane change and it is all over.
I noticed the lean angle on one of the turns was pretty extreme, with the car in close pursuit. Just a wee bit of bad pavement and the motorcyclist would be under the Porsche.
Suprising that this clip wasn't best runner up for a Darwin award.

That doesn't look like any autobahn I ever drove. Looks more like the old East Germany. The West German autobahns have much better roads and better controlled access. Looks more like people driving fast in Mexico.
Right after they beat BMW in the race to 100. Problem was, both manufacturers could attain 100mph, just not over long periods of time.:biggrin
